Nasa: ‘New plan needed to return rocks from Mars’
Nasa has announced that a new plan is needed in order to successfully return rocks from Mars. The current plan, which involves sending a rover to collect samples and then bring them back to Earth, is facing challenges that need to be addressed.
According to Nasa officials, the complexity of the mission and the risks involved require a fresh approach. “We need to rethink our strategy and come up with innovative solutions to ensure the safe return of Martian rocks,” said a spokesperson.
One of the main concerns is the potential contamination of the samples during the return journey. Scientists are working on developing new technologies that can minimize this risk and ensure the integrity of the samples once they reach Earth.
Despite the challenges, Nasa remains committed to the mission and is confident that a new plan will be put in place. “Returning rocks from Mars is crucial for advancing our understanding of the planet and its history. We are determined to make it happen,” said the spokesperson.
